Earlham St Club House was delivered as a high-end hospitality fit-out, creating a venue defined by its material finish, lighting and atmosphere.
Set within a layered internal space, the project combined a strong bar presence with a series of seating areas to support a premium customer experience.
The Brief
To transform the space into a fully operational venue with a clear identity, capable of supporting a range of customer experiences within a single setting.
With an emphasis on finish and atmosphere, the space needed to feel cohesive while accommodating different seating styles and maintaining efficient service throughout.
The Work
The layout was organised around the bar, with surrounding seating arranged to create a series of more intimate areas across the space.
Works focused on delivering a high-quality finish throughout, including detailed joinery, layered lighting and integrated feature elements, alongside mechanical and electrical installations and new wall and floor finishes. Materials were selected and installed to build depth and variation across the venue, while ensuring the space could operate effectively during service.
The Result
A venue shaped as much by its finish as its layout, where lighting, materials and detailing work together to create a more enclosed, atmospheric setting.
Seating areas offer variation in how the space is used, while the bar anchors the room and supports the overall flow of service. The finished space holds a strong identity throughout, delivering a hospitality environment that feels elevated while remaining practical under pressure.
