BLOK Projects Flexes Muscle in Office Fit Out

BLOK Projects, the independent fit out specialists, has completed the multi million pound fit out of Adanola’s new 13,000 sq ft headquarters in the Dantzic Building in Manchester city centre. Adanola has taken a 10 year lease for the first and second floors of the building, which forms part of Manchester’s NOMA quarter and is owned by Hermes.

Tim Entwistle, director of Blok Projects, comments: “We have been working behind the scenes with the team at Adanola for the past six months as they had a very definite idea of what they wanted to achieve and we are very excited to be entrusted to deliver this project for them. Like ourselves, Adanola is a relatively young company that has ambitious plans for further growth and this new office will help to facilitate that strategy by creating a space that enhances the well being and productivity of its team.”

Tim adds: “The last 18 months have been exceptional for Blok Projects; we have successfully delivered over 100,000 sq ft of new office fit outs across the country this year, which accounts for approximately 70% of our business and tripled our turnover since establishing the company three years ago. We have also just announced the opening of our new office in London, which is headed up by Mark Tatam.”

Blok’s track record for delivering on time and within budget has secured its reputation as leading fit out specialists in the industry. Alongside its commercial schemes, Blok Projects is set to complete the fit out of several new high end restaurants and bars before the end of the year including xxx and have also just been awarded the contract to carry out the fit out of xxx.
